Our 72" x 120" 3D CNC Milling machine allow us to accurately cut complex landscape grades, building details, exact scale replicas for special effects, realistic full-size facades for displays, plugs/moulds and dimensional signage.
Using an array of materials such as Styrofoam, high-density foam, MDF and acrylic, we can create a product using existing 3D CAD files or have an original piece scanned in 3D to create a larger-than-life or exact replica.
Working with a CAD file this process shaves weeks off of the time required to produce a working prototype. From new products to architectural miniatures, 3D printing and prototyping allows you to get a feel for your vision, and make sure its ready for the next step.
Using our machine, which has a bed of 10" x 14" x 8", we have the ability to create parts with crisply defined features, enhanced accuracy and colour which means that you can evaluate the physical model of your design and concept in 3D.
Essentially, vacuum forming allows us to shape heated plastics over a mould. This process allows us to make many different products using the same process like theatrical masks, blister packaging, small run productions, one-off custom parts from a mould and small repetitive pieces for models.
For accurate detailing on a model, or for etching on signage, awards and labels, laser etching/engraving enhances our work.
Our machine, which has a bed size of 36" x 24", gives us the ability to etch or engrave images onto a large range of materials as well as the ability to precision cut almost any material directly from CAD files, vector based graphics such as .eps, Illustrator files, Corel Draw files or bit maps.
